Dr. Manabu Fujimoto is a Professor and Chair of the Department of Dermatology at Osaka University Graduate School of Medicine, where he also serves as Vice Dean. He earned his MD and PhD from the University of Tokyo. Dr. Fujimoto's research primarily focuses on B cells, autoimmunity, and connective tissue diseases. He has authored more than 600 publications in these areas. Additionally, he holds several leadership roles in dermatological societies both nationally and internationally, serving as President of the Japanese Society of Investigative Dermatology and as a member of the Board of Directors in the International League of Dermatological Societies.
